25 과: 나는 일곱 시에 일어납니다.
나는 서울대에서 공부하는 호주 학생인데 국제회권에서 삽니다.
아침 일곱 시에 일어나서 세수를 합니다. 그리고 아침을 먹습니다.
여덟 시에 국제회권을 떠나서 혜화역에서 지하철을 탑니다.
한국어 수업은 아홉 시에 시작해서 오후 한 시에 끝납니다.
나는 학교 식당에서 한국 친구와 같이 점심을 먹습니다.
그 친구는 내 한국말 숙제를 도와 줍니다.
저녁 여섯 시쯤 나는 국제회관으로 돌아옵니다.

I am an Australian student studying at SNU, and I am living at the international house.
I get up at 7:00 am and wash my face. Then, I eat breakfast.
At 8:00 am, I leave the international house and take the subway at Hyehwa station.
Korean class begins at 9:00 am and ends at 1:00 pm.
I have lunch with my Korean friend at the school cafeteria.
She helps me with my Korean homework.
At around 6:00 pm, I go back to the international house.

1. N-인데 : S, and/so /but
(used to explain situation followed by actions/suggestion or show a result that is contrast from the previous action)
이 사과는 하나에 800원인데 세 게를 샀어요.
The apple was 800 won each, so I bought 3 apples.
아직 9 시인데 벌써 졸려요.
It's still 9 o'clock but I'm already sleepy.
내일은 일요일인데 뭘 할 거에요?
Tomorrow is Sunday, so what are you going to do?
2. N에 시작하다 : start at N
한국어 수업은 아홉 시에 시작합니다.
Korean class begins at 9:00 am.
*N에 끝나다 : end at N/ over at N
그 영화는 몇 시에 끝났어요?
When did that movie end?
*N에 시작해서 N에 끝니다 : begin at N and end at N
그 일은 2월에 시작해서 6월에 끝나요.
That job starts in Feb and ends in Jun.

3. V-아/어 주다 : to do something for someone.
숙제를 도와 주세요.

4. N을/를 돕다 : to help N
제가 그 친구를 돕습니다.
I am helping that friend.
형이 내 숙제를 도와 주었어요.
My brother helped me with my homework.

5. N에(서) 살다 : to live in N
어디에 사세요?

에디에 살고 싶으세요?

우리 가족은 외국에서 살아요.
My family lives oversea.
6. N을/를 떠나다 : to leave N
집을 떠나서 한 시간 후에 회사 도작했어요.
I left home and I arrived the office after 1 hour.
7. N에/으로 돌아오다/돌아가다 : to return to N
나는 열 시에 집에 돌아와요.
I returned home at 10 o'clock.
Notes:
1. 끝나다 (passive verb) means to be over or come to an end. 끝내다 (active verb) means to finish or end something
2. -아/어 주다 : Are usually used for people who are considered equal or inferior to the speaker. 드리다 (honorific form) is used to show respect to the older.
3. -아/어 주세요 also means 'please'.
4. When verbs with stems that ends with ㅂ are followed by a vowel, the consonant ㅂ is deleted and ㅗ or 우 is added to the stem.

돕다 ㅡㅡ 도외요 : help
