1. V-고 싶다 : to want to V

불고기를 먹고 싶어요.
We want to eat pulgogi.

주말에 산에 가고 싶었지만 못 갔어요.
I wanted to go to mountains at weekend but I couldn't go.

2. V-(으)ㄹ 수 있다 : can V

집에 같이 갈 수 있어요?
Can you go home with me?

한국말을 할 수 있습니까?
Can you speak Korean?

나는 김치를 먹을 수 있어요.
I can eat kimchi.

3. 타고 가다/오다 : to go by/ to take/to come by

무엇을 타고 갈까요?
- 버스를 타고 갑시다.
How will we get there?
- Let's take a bus.

버스를 타고 오셨어요?
-  아니오, 늦어서 택시를 타고 왔어요.
Did you come by bus?
- No , I came by taxis because I was running late.

4. S-(으)니까요. : because/since S.

빨리 떠납시다. 시간이 없으니까요.
Let's hurry. We don't have much time.

버스가 복잡하니까 지하철을 타야 해요.
Since the bus is crowded, I have to take the subway.

5. 벌 : counter for clothing

7. 걷다 : to walk

같이 갈을까요?
- 네, 좋아요. 걷읍시다.
Shall we walk together?
- Sure,  let's walk.

걷습니다 ㅡㅡ 걷고 ㅡㅡ 걷지만 ㅡㅡ 걸어요 ㅡㅡ 걸었어요 ㅡㅡ 걸어서 ㅡㅡ 걸으니까 ㅡㅡ 걸으면서.

8. N에서 가깝다 : to close to N

시자이 학교에서 가까워요.
The market is close to school.

*N에서 멀다 : to far from N

백화점이 여기서 멀어요?
Is the department store far from here?

9. 천천히 : slowly.

천천히 가세요. 시간이 많으니까요.
Slow down. We have plenty of time.

In some verbs with stems that ends with 'ㄷ', 'ㄷ'  will turn into  'ㄹ' when it is followed by a vowel - initial particle.
